Dr. Bui Xuan Nguyen

He holds a master's degree in Endocrinology from the University of Kishinev (USSR) and Ph.D degree in Biology of life at University of Pierre Marie Currie ( Paris VI, French). He has worked as pioneer for introduction of advanced reproductive biotechnology into Vietnam, creating first successful animal embryo transfer in Vietnam in 1978, developing somatic cloning embryos for protection of endangered mammalian species (saola- Nghetinhensis Pseudorux) in 2000. He was author of the first word successful embryo rapid freezing (1983, 1984) and has been coordinator for national projects and international cooperation projects working to implement advanced reproductive biotechnology for improving animal breeding and biodiversity protection. Following the research on stem cell during last decade, his actual vision is to set up the platform for stem cell cryobanking with international standardization for using in clinical therapy and drug discovery. Dr. Bui X.N is leadership founder of Asian Reproductive Biotechnology Society, working to develop international cooperation for research, education and business implementation of advanced biotechnology in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. He is member of International Embryo Transfer Society, International Society of Cryobiology and International Cell Organization; Chairman of international Conferences and training workshop and author of 172 papers published in international journal and conference proceedings (https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Bui-Xuan-Nguyen).
